Dr. Dhammika Weerakoon

I am a registered medical practitioner, nutritionist, pranic healer and certified acupuncturist, as well as Director of Helio Life Care. I have earned my MBBS degree from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka in year 2003 and my MSc. In Food and Nutrition from University of Kelaniya in year 2018. I have practiced meditation for over 15 years and conducted mindfulness programs at various institutes.

My interests include teaching mindfulness, especially healthcare providers to understand their own present awareness and connection to compassion, the application of mindfulness at work and improve individual’s health and happiness through holistic approach.

I like to help people to have healthy and peaceful lifestyle.

Gayani Dissanayake

I am a registered graduated pharmacist of University of Colombo, counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist and certified Reiki Energy healer. I earned my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Colombo in year 2006. I practiced vipassana meditation for over 13 years and helping and guiding others to heal through their own mind power.

My hope is to practice and spread awareness of the importance of these self-care therapies and add value to life through empowering the individuals, groups, families and communities.

I am a life member of the College of professional Hypnotherapists and Ceylon Association of Reiki Professionals.
